+ 30mL Larrikin Raspberry Drop Pink Gin
+ 15mL Lemon Juice
+ Soda Water

The make

Add Limoncello and lemon juice to tall/highball glass and stir
Fill to top with small ice
Add Raspberry Drop and top up with soda
Garnish with a mint sprig.
