Select the gin of your choice with a mixer from our entire range or select four for the special tasting flight. Join our cocktail-creating Venue Manager, who will guide you in the preparation of three gin cocktails that capture the essence of gin across time in carefully selected cocktails. Samples guaranteed and take-home recipes included!

This hands-on distillation experience will have you crafting your own gin from start to finish, with tastings along the way. At the end, you'll receive a drink made with your bespoke gin served with a cheese plate, and a 500ml bottle of your bespoke gin to take home.
