We are continuing to work on features to make our venue more accessible to a wider range of patrons.
Both the entry and inside the venue allow plenty of room to navigate a wheelchair. The floors in the venue are all smooth concrete with enough space around furniture for wheelchairs to move freely. We have a low table suitable for a wheelchair. We prefer if you let us know in advance when booking so that we can ensure you have a comfortable experience.
We have two all-gender toilets with one of these being an access toilet (LH). However, the door is manual and some people find it
heavy. If you require assistance please
ask one of the staff.
We have a range of seating options and table heights
available including standard height chairs and tables, some with arm rests as
well as some relaxed areas with sofas and low tables. Please contact us and we
are happy to reserve your table of choice.
Noise levels
Background music is played throughout the venue. If you are sensitive to noise or find the music too loud, please speak with a member of our staff. Where possible, we can offer seating in a quieter area of the venue, or, when the venue is quieter, we may be able to reduce the volume of the music.
Glass doors and windows
Our glass doors and full-height windows have contrast markings to make them more visible.
Lighting
Some areas of the venue have low lighting. Please speak with a member of staff if you require assistance navigating these areas.
We welcome families and have some toys in the venue to keep younger children occupied. We also have a range of child-friendly food and drink options. Two highchairs are available and we recommend booking in advance to secure one, and the access toilet at the venue has a baby change table.
Yes, your assistance dog may come into the venue area. We prefer that assistance dogs are on a lead and ask that they do not get on
the furniture. A water bowl is available and can be provided for the comfort of your assistance dog if required. The Distil your own Gin experience is held in the manufacturing section. Unfortunately, we cannot allow the assistance dog to enter the manufacturing area due to food health and safety requirements.
It is important that anyone with a food allergy or food intolerance advises us beforehand to ensure that we can cater to their needs and staff can be alerted to take extra care in the preparation of their food
and drinks. We take food allergies very seriously and key staff have received
training on how to handle food for someone with a food allergy. Our menu includes gluten, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian food options. Please let us know if you have any sensory or textured food related requirements and we will attempt to accommodate.
There is parking available directly at the front of the venue and along the street. Company parking is available next to the entrance. It is extra wide, flat and concrete.
This is available for you. Please call ahead and we can ensure the space is available when you visit. There is also a car park across the road but it is gravel. Should you have difficulty parking in a suitable place please call us and we can come out to assist.
