General Questions

Are your gins made in Australia?

All our gins are distilled, bottled, and packaged locally in Ballarat.

We also take great pride in sourcing many of our ingredients in Australia, and some of our gins focus predominately on using Australian native botanicals. However, some high-quality botanicals and spices (e.g. juniper and cinnamon) need to be imported as they are not widely grown here, in Australia.

Are your gins gluten-free?

Yes, our gins are gluten-free.

Do you have a distillery door for tastings?

We have a very welcoming distillery bar and shop in Mount Pleasant where we offer tastings, a range of gin drinks, cocktails and mocktails along with beers, ciders soft drinks and a range of snack, see more here

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

If you email us at info@kilderkindistillery.com.au within a few hours after you have placed your order to let us know of any changes that you wish to make, we will endeavour to make the changes or contact you if this presents problems.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently only ship across Australia, as some countries do not accept alcohol through the mail system and overseas courier costs are very high.

When will my order arrive?

We dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and within 1 to 3 working days after payment.

All orders are sent by courier or through Australia Post and usually arrive between 2 to 6 working days of dispatch, depending on your location. We will send you the tracking number so that you can keep track of your parcel.

Unfortunately on a few occasions we have been let down by a courier and there have been delays in delivering our packages, especially at busy times of the year. We also offer an Express Post service for orders that are more urgent.

Can I pick up my order at the distillery door?

We offer a click and collect service. Bottle sales are also available from the distillery on most days
from 9am to 4pm though as we are a small team and have to leave on occasions we recommend you
call us first to check we will be there.
