Refund policy

Products may be exchanged or returned for store credit if you notify us by email within five
days of receipt of the product. Items must be returned in an unused and unopened condition.
Return shipping/postage is to be covered by the individual for store credit. If any goods arrive
in a damaged condition please ensure you notify us within five days of receipt preferably by
email (info@kilderkindistillery.com.au) with details and where possible with an image of the
damage. We will contact you about a replacement at our expense.

If you make an error when ordering (yes we’ve done it, you know, clicked the wrong button) then
please email us at info@kilderkindistillery.com.au as soon as you realise with details and we will aim
to correct any errors before dispatching your order.
