The mix

60ml Larrikin Backyard Limoncello

15ml Lemon acid syrup

90ml Sparkling water

60ml Prosecco

The make

Place limoncello and lemon syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake briefly to blend.
Pour into a tall glass and add small ice
Add Prosecco and mineral water

Give a very brief stir just to mix
Garnish with fresh mint and piece of lemon
