The mix
+ 30 mL Merry Ripe Gin
+ 30 mL Campari
+ 30 mL Sweet Vermouth such as 1757
+ Tiny pinch salt
- Place two large blocks of ice
- Add all ingredients and stir for 20 to 30 seconds
- Place large cube of ice in a lowball/rocks glass
- Strain into serving glass
- Add dash of chocolate bitters (optional)
