+ 45ml Raspberry Drop Pink Gin
+ 15ml Dry Vermouth
+ 20 - 25ml raspberry syrup (adjust to taste)*
+ 15ml fresh lemon juice
+ 15ml Aquafaba (chickpea water, which can be used in place of egg white)
*Make your own raspberry syrup with this easy recipe
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (NO ICE)
- Add 2 large ice blocks and shake again
- Strain into a glass and garnish with raspberries.
