The mix


+ 45ml Raspberry Drop Pink Gin
+ 15ml Dry Vermouth
+ 22.5ml raspberry syrup
+ 15ml fresh lemon juice
+ 15ml Aquafaba

 

The make
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (NO ICE)
  • Add 2 large ice blocks and shake again
  • Double strain into a glass and garnish with skewered raspberries.
