The mix
+ 2 slices of cucumber
+ 2 wedges of line
+ 6 - 8 fresh mint leaves
+ 45mL Larrikin’s Grin Old Tom Gin
+ 15mL Elderflower Liqueur
+ 15mL lime
+ 15mL simple syrup
+ Soda to top-up
The make
- Muddle the mint, lime and cucumber in a Collins (tall) glass with sugar syrup
- Fill the glass with small ice cubes to the top
- Add remaining ingredients and stir
- Top up the glass with soda
- Garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber
