+ 45mL Original Larrikin Gin
+ 15mL Lemon Juice
+ 15mL Sugar Syrup
+ 15mL Aquafaba
+ Topped with Capi Sunset Soda
+ slice of grapefruit for garnish
The make

Add all ingredients, except for the soda, into the shaker

Add in ice and shake for 20-30 seconds

Double strain into a Collins (tall) glass

Add ice to the top of the glass and top it off with the Sunset Soda

Garnish with a half slice of grapefruit
