A mesmerising cocktail that shifts like the seasons
The mix:
+ Orange peel to garnish
- Add all ingredients except the Samhain Gin into a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake it for 15 seconds
- Double strain into a short glass with a big ice cube.
- Slowly pour the Samhain Gin into the glass to layer it.
- Garnish with an orange peel
*To make Honey Syrup
- Add 4 parts honey and 1 part water to a saucepan
- Gently heat and stir until honey and water are combined
- Let it cool and bottle
- Will keep in the fridge for up to a month
