The mix

+ 75ml Scoundrel Dry Gin
+ 15ml dry vermouth

The make

• Place vermouth in martini glass with ice
• In a boston glass, add gin and top with ice
• Stir for about 90 seconds, checking dilution along the way
• Empty ice and vermouth out of the Martini glass and strain
• Add an olive or two (can be stuffed), or a lemon twist if preferred
