The mix

+ 40ml Scoundrel Dry Gin
+ 25ml Campari
+ 25ml Sweet Vermouth

The make
  •  Fill mixing glass with ice
  • Add all ingredients and stir
  • Strain over fresh ice
  • Add a slice of orange or pared orange zest – or both

A classic negroni has equal parts gin, Campari and vermouth.  We recommend adding a little more gin to bring it to the forefront.  Wonderful!
