+ 30ml – Sunburnt Country Gin
+ 30ml – lime juice
+ 15ml – honey at room temperature
(or agave syrup as a great alternative)
+ 15ml – egg white
+ 4 mint leaves
+ 1 mint leaf and piece of finger lime for garnish
• Place all ingredients in a shaker
• Dry shake (without ice)
• Add chunks of ice to shaker and shake again
• Double strain into a coupe (martini glass)
• Add garnish (if no finger lime available you can use a piece of lime)
