The mix
+ 45ml Goldfields Whisky
+ 15ml lemon juice
+ 15ml honey syrup
+ 120ml Soda
+ Lemon wheel
+ Cinnamon stick
The make
- Take a highball glass. Add Goldfields Whisky, lemon juice, honey syrup and stir.
- Fill glass with ice blocks and add the lemon wheel and cinnamon stick.
- Top up with 120ml of soda and serve.
