A classic from our very own Backyard (Limoncello)
The mix
+ 60mL Backyard Limoncello
+ 90mL Prosecco
+ 15mL Scoundrel Gin (optional)
+ 30mL Strange Loves Bitter Lemon Soda (or Soda if it's too much lemon)
The make
- Place ice into your favorite wine glass
- Slowly add all ingredients
- Garnish with lemon and for some extra freshness, add in Mint as well
