45ml Bramble Apple Pie Liqueur
15ml Lola Bold Gin
150ml Warm spiced apple mix*
Slice of fresh or dehydrated apple for garnish
The make
• Warm the apple mix in a pot or in the microwave
• Put the Bramble Apple Pie Liqueur and Lola Gin in a lowball style glass
• Add the warm apple mix and stir
• Garnish with slice of fresh or dehydrated apple
*To make the spiced apple mix, bring two litres of apple juice to boil with 1 cinnamon stick, 1 clove, 1 star anise and 1/4 nutmeg, grated. Once boiling, turn off and steep for an hour before straining. We know two litres seems like a lot, but winter is long and once you taste it, you're sure to want more than one.
