Mushroom Gin
A limited release with numbered bottles, this gin was made for Victoria, a Melbourne based restaurant by the team behind Farmer’s Daughters and featuring locally produced food and drink. In collaboration with Chef, Alejandro Saravia and with gourmet mushrooms from Ballarat-based The Mushroom Connection, we created this gin which is dry on the palate with a savoury herbaceous flavour, and some hints of sweetness may be picked up.
